Overview
The course describes the characteristics of low-performing and high-performing teams and analyses why a low-performing is rarely successful, including Lencioni’s five dysfunctions of a low-performing team, reviewing how to build a high-performing team and key actions a leader can take to address the five dysfunctions.
The course describes the eight key areas which must be addressed in order to achieve a high-performing team and reviews two models used to form diverse and stable teams: Tuckman’s Team Development Model and Belbin’s Team Role Model.
The course also reviews the importance of effective communication with and between teams.

Assessment
The end of course test consists of multiple choice questions. Learners are required to achieve a 75% pass mark, and, if necessary, may attempt the test three times at no extra cost. If learners do not achieve the 75% pass mark, further attempts may be given by contacting our support team.Learners will be able to download a digital certificate on completion of each course.
