Description

Due to the shortage of labour in Hong Kong, the number of ethnic minority construction workers are increasing in the construction industry.

These workers may experience a high level of stress while working in a foreign country and to enable construction companies to adequately support them it is critical to explore factors which influence their stress.

This webinar shares the preliminary findings of a focus group study of ethnic minority construction workers in Hong Kong and is delivered by Dr Leung, who has more than 25 years of practical and teaching experience in the construction industry, and Dr Khursheed Ahmed, a PhD graduate who is currently undertaking a research study on this subject.
