This mini workshop on mindfulness for construction professionals introduces the basic principles of Mindfulness-based Stress Reduction (MBSR), a program that has been recognised as being one of the most successful interventions for reducing stress, depression and other physical health issues. The Covid-19 pandemic has had a detrimental effect on mental health across the globe, and mindfulness exercises are a powerful tool that can help.
