Understanding Your Apprenticeship
A central part of your apprenticeship is the development of your Knowledge, Skills and Behaviours (KSBs). These form the foundation of your apprenticeship standard and describe what you are expected to know, be able to do and demonstrate by the end of your programme.
Progress against your KSBs is built up over time through training, work-based activities and Off-the-Job learning. You can find detailed information of your specific KSB’s for your Occupational Standard through Skills England. This evidence is essential for tracking your progress and preparing for your End-point assessment.
