Overview

Loss of reputation, time and money are all very real possibilities for companies when quality is neglected on construction projects. Moreover, widely publicised issues with construction quality has meant the industry is under the microscope like never before. The legislative landscape is also changing, and providing site supervisors with knowledge and skills in quality control is now a must.

This includes how to carry out quality inspections, record and maintain results, and demonstrate knowledge of all standards and codes of practice. You will also be able to take the necessary corrective action, when standards are not met.

At the end of the course, you will be confident to lead improvements in the culture on site by driving change and leading on effective supervision. This can only be beneficial to your reputation and have positive impacts on budgets and time.
