The built environment is for everyone and the more inclusive and diverse the industry can become, the more it will serve the needs of our communities. The CIOB is fully committed to improving Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) in the construction industry and for the first time we have appointed an Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Transformation Lead. This webinar is presented by Mark Harrison who is the Head of EDI at the CIOB and has extensive experience in leading EDI roles across various sectors.

Hear from Mark on the state of diversity and inclusion in the UK construction industry, why EDI is so important, what the CIOB is doing about it, and what employers and employees can do themselves to further this important issue.
