Joe Malone BSC (HONS) MCIOB C.BUILD.E MCABE, presents a seminar on defects in modern buildings and the issues relating to new construction. He covers defects in the following common problem areas: brickwork, lead and other flashing, external render, external wall insulation, timber frame, and parapet wall.

Joe is a qualified building surveyor and Chartered Building Consultant. He is also a Chartered Building Engineer and a licensed asbestos surveyor, and runs a Chartered Building Consultancy which involves a great deal of expert witness work.
