St Sidwell’s Site Visit

Andrew Ash, Project Manager at Kier, talks through a virtual tour of the regeneration of St Sidwell’s Point in Exeter. This is a state of the art development, the UK’s first Passivhaus-standard, ultra-low carbon leisure centre and designed to save up to 70% on annual energy costs. This project is a showcase for the range of opportunities in the construction market, inspiring young people and providing opportunities for apprenticeships, up-skilling and re-skilling.
