The IOSH Working Safely course is a perfect first step into the world of health and safety. The awareness level course introduces you to a foundational understanding of core health and safety topics in the workplace. It is an international safety certificate based on best practice and provides an awareness of general workplace hazards and focuses on why health and safety is important to the wellbeing of individual workers and those around them.
The IOSH Working Safely course is recognised as an equivalent to a level 1 award in health and safety in a construction environment and is widely accessible.

Assessment
There is a two-part assessment, consisting of a short 20-minute multiple choice section, and 10-minute hazard spotting exercise. On successful completion of the assessment you will be awarded an IOSH Certificate.
