| Steven Ward’s research examines critical success factors for the practical application of lean thinking within the construction sector. Steven has a lifetime of construction experience going from apprentice carpenter to chartered builder. He helped pioneer the adoption of Lean Construction in the UK and has worked full time in this specialist field since 2002. He now helps lead WSP’s Continuous Improvement Team, and is focused on helping organisations achieve lean transformations using ISO 18404.

| Callum Yeowell is an accredited Lean Leader, has experience of a variety of roles within construction and has project managed his company’s ISO18404 accreditation in addition to numerous improvement projects. Callum has BSc Degree Dissertation focus on the Implementation of Lean within a Main Contractor, NVQ Diploma Level 3 in Business Improvement Techniques and Lean Organisation Management Techniques – Level 2 (NCFE Accredited). |
