Overview
Incident and accident investigation training is vital in helping any business deal with unexpected events in order to reduce their consequences. An effective investigation requires methodical, structured approach to information gathering, collation and analysis. The NEBOSH HSE Introduction to Incident Investigation course has been developed jointly between NEBOSH and the HSE. The course will teach you how non-complex incidents can be investigated effectively as well as provide good incident investigation techniques.

Objectives
By applying the knowledge and skills gained from the NEBOSH HSE Introduction to Incident Investigation qualification, you will be able to contribute to maintaining a safe and healthy workplace.
Assessment
You will undertake a practical assessment, this is completed at the end of the course. You will be provided with a pack of evidence including three witness interview videos. You will be asked to review the evidence, evaluate each interview and produce an action plan that will help prevent a recurrence of an incident.
