The Return of On-site Construction Work

This was a live session with a panel of experts hosted jointly by the Chartered Institute of Building, Herrington Carmichael and Vail Williams. It was a live virtual Q&A where participants asked questions they had regarding the return of on-site construction and the impact of Covid-19 on construction projects generally. The panel was chaired by Adrian Montague (Associate Director of the Chartered Institute of Building), and included Cesare McArdle (Senior Solicitor and expert in construction law), Katrine Clay (Senior Solicitor and expert in employment law) and Jeremy Firth (Occupier advisory & Building Consultant and Partner at Vail Williams).
