The successful management of conservation works

In April 2018, The CIOB, in partnership with National Trust and Somerset House, hosted the 4th annual conference conserving, adapting and restoring the built environment. The event explored the full project life-cycle: from planning, compliance and Heritage Impact Assessments, to applying innovative building techniques, materials and technology and showcased a number of fascinating case studies, including the Painted Hall in Greenwich, Canterbury Cathedral and the Palace of Westminster.
