As the Construction Industry continues to try to tackle the skills shortage in a Post-Brexit world, job vacancies in the industry stand at 38,000 according to ONS’s data from January 2022. Educating the younger generation and enticing the young to join our industry will take time and therefore immediate action to tackle this problem of skills shortages is needed.
