COURSE OVERVIEW:

The Building Safety Act 2022 is the most comprehensive and needed piece of legislation that has shaken up the UK built environment in years. It was introduced in response to the Grenfell Tower tragedy, and it aims to ensure that buildings are safe for those who occupy them, improve the standards within the design, construction and management stages of any project and strengthen accountability & competency within participants of the construction processes.
