Advanced JCT Understanding and Administration, explains key features and administration of the JCT suite of contracts, so that all stakeholders can manage their contracts properly and as intended.
The course will cover contract models and their formation, how to administer core provisions, how to identify where issues with contract knowledge and administration can arise. This latter point will help you avoid these common pitfalls. You will also be instructed on the responsibilities of the various stakeholders and how to successfully manage the commercial contract with confidence.
By the end of the course, you will have the confidence to manage the contractual side of your project, a key element in the success of any built environment project.

This course is suitable for Construction Managers, Project Managers, Contract Managers, Quantity Surveyors, Estimators, Contract Administrators, Employers Agents, and Consultants in both pre and post contract roles. You should have completed Fundamentals of JCT Contracts.or have a solid knowledge of JCT before doing this course.
